Would any people actually buy these??
So every year I make our Christmas ornaments. They are simple and elegant and I make them for neighbors too ad gifts or when they ask. I started making simple ornament kits for my neices and nephews as well as some neighbors grandkids. It is something I find fun and was wondering would other mons actually buy simple kits like that or would any of you buy handmade ornaments at an affordable price? I could make them through the year and have a nice stock by next Xmas but seeing if it would even be reasonable to domso or a waste of materials and time. I say affordable because I think Xmas ornaments are insane cost and I wouldn't want to charge much more than the cost of making of making them so they would be accessible. I think it is absurd a wreath at the store is $45 when I can make one for $10 max and it isn't fair to those families who want to get fully holiday spirited but can't afford a nice ornament set, wreath, or simple house decor.
Update. I guess I should add some photos too as what I think is elegant or simple may be way different haha. These are some of the ones I have made...the stars were made years ago off an idea online and I do them lit and non lit. They are all woven willow branches. Everything I use is either stuff we have on our farm, reclaimed/recycled stuff, or stuff I find on sale or that people don't want. It is how I keep costs to make them down. But lots of wood, rope, string, burlap, fabric, etc. I also burn wood so do special design art/ customize anything wood. I don't have any photos of any but I make a ton of Scandinavian stars out of basket reeds for the senior center every year too that seem popular.
