He says he loves me and he wants to be with me forever ect but he wouldn't tell anyone were together because of my age! He's 18 and I'm 15! I went through 9 months of being judge because I got pregnant young but he doesn't want people to know because of my age, I just really need help one this one because I don't want to be his little secret and should I confront him about it?
