Clomid with MFI

My husband and I have been trying to conceive #2 for over 2 years now. We’ve had testing done and our only known obstacle is my husband’s morphology which is low (0.9%). My cycles are regular but on the short side (26/27 days) and I have confirmed that I ovulate each month with opk and bbt. We did 3 rounds of Clomid about a year ago that I ovulated on but we did not conceive, this was before any testing was done on my husband. My OBGYN wants me to start Clomid again and take it for 6 months. Has anyone been prescribed Clomid when your partner had MFI? Did it help you conceive? TIA!
