Red flag or normal?

I was looking into going to this university that is for profit for nursing, but on the first day they had us all sign a form that says if we are unhappy with the school or the program we cannot complain on any online platform or even when talking to friends or family. I have been to college and I have never had to sign anything like this...so it immediately raised a red flag for me but they acted like it’s normal.
