Early symptoms?

I'm 6 DPO and have been having some slight crampy discomfort on the left side. Also my boobs are SUPER tender. Could this be early signs of pregnancy or am I just hopeful? When would you all start testing?

Too early for pregnancy symptoms, unfortunately.
I know it’s hard, but try not to symptom spot or you’ll drive yourself crazy!
I’d start testing around 10-12dpo. Good luck!
