Engagement - Should I be offended?

So I got engaged on Halloween and I was a little said that only one of my girlfriends were there to celebrate my moment. My now fiancé told me he had also invited my close friend of like 12 years to be there and she just didn’t show up. I know that she thought my fiancé was a know it all in the beginning and just kind of had a “I’m smarter than you” personality but he doesn’t act like that anymore. And most importantly he is SO good to me but I feel like she’s holding a grudge or being childish for no reason. Should I be offended that she didn’t even try to be there for me or didn’t even call the next day to say congratulations or want to see any posts or videos? Not to mention she hasn’t wanted to go celebrate or even talk about wedding planning with me when she is supposed to be my MOH. Should I rethink that as well? I need help because my feelings are so hurt. 😅
