4 cm dilated, 80% effaced but can’t keep regular contractions
I got checked out by my doctor today. I am 37 weeks and 2 days, 4 cm dilated and 80% effaced (as of like 2 this afternoon) but can’t seem to get contractions to stay around and stay regular. Anybody have any tips to help?
