I used to get eczema break outs in the pits of my elbows and knees, my doctor said it was common :p j got the break outs bc my cat allergy

I had eczema just like that, it was nasty! Try a treatment for ringworm, if it doesn't get better its most likely eczema. I'd just get into a dermatologist because hydrocortisone creams are pointless.

Eczema 100%. Ringworm is round spots, hence its name ringworm.
