ECV with Anterior Placenta?

Hi ladies, I’m curious on hearing some experiences with an ECV with an anterior placenta, it’s hard to find much on it. I’m supposed to be having a homebirth with a midwife but baby boy is still breech (37 weeks) and there’s a dr (1.5 hr away) willing to attempt an ECV. So im curious did you have one done? Was it successful? (Specifically looking for experiences based off anterior placenta but also happy to hear from anyone)

Basically my midwife isn’t comfortable with a breech delivery as it turns out so I’m trying to figure out do I...

A) attempt ECV knowing its even more risky based off where my placenta is and could end up in a Emergency C-section (have previous birth trauma which lack of control scares me)

Or

B) Schedule cesarean and so i can still have a sense of control in my birth and not be in an emergency situation also would be closer to my house
