Puppy Jumping on my Stomach

I have a German Shepherd puppy who is 10 months and 100 pounds. He has jumped on my stomach about 3 times now throughout the course of pregnancy. I’ll be sitting on the couch and he will vertically LEAP into the air and straight on to me. This has never been a behavior I have encouraged and I make sure to properly correct him by telling him no and down. He also knows the word gentle and can tell when he’s being too rough and quickly corrects himself. Not so much looking for advice on dog training however the main thing in concerned about is my baby. When googling and seeing what others have said it never mentions a dog of his weight range. People also mention their toddlers jumping on them however this is a 100 pound dog we are talking about that thinks he’s a lap dog, so it’s not quite the same. Any thoughts or advice? Or maybe someone who has experienced something similar with a dog in the same weight range?

Also I’m 13 weeks pregnant
