This may be a dumb question but….

I am breastfeeding and trying to lose weight. I’m 6 months post partum and have lost 33 pounds of the 50 that I gained so far.

I’m tracking what I eat on My Fitness Pal. Some days I go over the allotted calories and some days I’m under. However if I add the days in the week up and get an average calorie intake, I still have a calorie deficit.

So my question is, as long as there is a calorie deficit overall, is that enough to lose weight? Or should I focus more on staying under my calories every single day? There are some days where I am just so hungry.
