Monistat for yeast infection

I have my first ever yeast infection and last night I decided to use monistat the 3 day one.. well my goodness! I literally thought down there was going to explode! It burned and itched so freaking bad! I did it right before bed and seriously couldn’t sleep it was so bad!! This morning I woke up after finally getting a little sleep and I’m so swollen and even have a couple sores from it down there! Why!! This can’t be normal! I will never ever use it again! ( btw I am 21 weeks pregnant)
