My Teeth are f%cked 😩

I’m 21 years old and I have an impacted baby tooth, Ive known about it but i never was able to see an orthodontist because of insurance issues, and to make it worse I also need braces. The reason why it’s starting to become an issue is because my adult tooth that was stuck is starting to come down and my teeth are shifting and they’re shifting fast…

I won’t be able to see someone until Monday

If anyone knows anything about this I need advice my gums just have a weird teething feeling it’s so weird
