9DPO, 5 before period, blood then nothing?!

I’ve had uncomfortable cramps on my left side for about 2 days. I woke up this morning and when I wiped there was a red tint to my toilet paper. You could tell it was fresh, not like the brown kind. It wasn’t blood just tinted. It happened the next 2 times I wiped.

Then the rest of the day, I’ve had nothing. No blood, no cramps at all. It’s like it never happened.

I don’t know if I should test as I had sex 3x during my expected ovulation week or if I should think my period is coming. I’m just not sure. Thanks for any input!!
