Hi all, due date is today

Ever since yesterday morning I've been having very sharp pains around my bladder area or cervix area (can't tell which) They go from 0 to painful in a second and take the breath out of me. They're not contractions, it's just a stabbing pain.

Last night was the worst, every 5 minutes or so, I got no sleep at all. I wanted to cry because they hurt so bad

They are less frequent when I am standing up, but nonetheless still pretty painful.

Is this lightning crotch? Are they worse at night?? Ftm here so I have no idea what to think

I have a doc appointment tomorrow in the afternoon but idk if I can take another night like that....

Maybe I'm just a baby and it's not that bad😂
