Pacifier recommendations!

Okay so I’ve made the mistake of letting my son suck on my finger, clean of course! I only did this cause none of his pacifiers will stay in his mouth and his doctor said it soothes them when he was letting my son latch onto his finger. Buuut now he won’t go to sleep without sucking on my dang finger and when I try to take it out he cries until I put it back. So I’m looking for recommendations on pacifiers that I guess feel like a finger 😂😂 or a pacifier that stays in his mouth and won’t fall out.
