Insurance email explanation help
I emailed my insurance company asking if tubal and vasectomies were covered. My boyfriend and I both have the same insurance. This is what I got. Does it seem to you ask if we’d have to pay some for the vasectomy? And mine would be covered 100%? Screenshot in comments
