Any doctors or nurses on here?

I had a bad yeast infection starting last week 10/27 so I did Monistat and I noticed it was still bothering me 3 days later I after I did the Monistat. My infection was pretty bad because I was bleeding a little. So I didn’t another dose on monistat now I feel like it’s still recovering down there and the bleeding had stopped but today I started to bleed again I’m do for my period in 5 days. I’m wondering if I’m bleeding because of my infection or because I’m starting my period 😭 I feel nervous at this point.
