Baby boy clothes suggestions

So I’m due in April 19 and I live in Houston, Tx… im so confused on what type of clothes to buy since im sure it won’t be cold it will probably be warm/ cool, but a lot of clothes right now are winter based… should I wait closer to my due date to buy clothes? At least it will give me time to prepare and budget for them.. cause I can order some basics it doesn’t really matter too much how they look im fine with plain stuff lol. I just need suggestions if you live in a warmer climate like me and are due around the same time…
