Middle of the night nausea

I am 34 weeks and the past three nights I've been waking up so sick. Friday night I woke up with diarrhea in the middle of the night. Last night I woke up to me fighting back throwing up I was able to fall back asleep though. Now tonight I was woken up feeling super nauseous with an upset stomach and chills. I did start taking metformin this week at night withmy insulin because I have GD so I'm not sure if that iscontributing or if I have a bug? I have a doctors appt in a few hours. I'm so miserable though. Has anyone else experienced this??
