2 part question - sleep walking / sugar

Hi moms! I have two questions and instead of putting up two different posts I figured I’d ask here.

1- We are going to be cutting down on sugar for our 3.5 year old. She is suddenly out of control. Tantrums like never before, not being nice to her little sister, trouble with sleep (we have a great bedtime routine), waking 3-5x a night, moody. When we looked at what we give her on a daily basis, we realized it contains a lot of sugar and we need to cut down asap. My question is- what are some sugar free/low sugar snacks you like for your picky eaters (because she’s picky too lol)? I’m just looking for ideas.

2- She recently started sleep walking. I’m going to assume this is because she is waking a lot at night which means she’s not getting a lot of sleep. I also had a bout of sleep walking from 5-7yo. Do you have any suggestions to help with this? Do you have any sensors you use in a bedroom door to alert you your child is awake? We have an alarm system in our house, but it’s for doors leading to outside/windows. I just want to have a heads up of when she’s out of her room. Last night I found her in my husband’s office facing the wall 😩.
