I’m 8w1D I have a 101.8 fever , terrible body ache that it made me cry. Headache , sore throat and I feel like passing out.

Sounds like covid to me. That’s how I felt when diagnosed. Never let your fever go above 100 as a 102 fever is horrible to have when pregnant. Take Tylenol and get yourself in a cool shower to lower your body temp.

Have you tried taking tylenol? Its safe for pregnancy. Just the regular tylenol i believe but it can help with the fever. And lots of fluids! If you cant get it down on your own definitely go to the ER
