Pinched Nerve in back
I’ve been stressed out and not sleeping well. I also bought a new mattress so I’m probably adjusting but I woke up with the worst back ache and pelvic pains. Stretched a little and felt ok. Sat down and I can’t move. The tiniest shift sends a shooting pain down my spin. I’m in tears. Idk what to do right now. I almost want to go to the hospital because the pain is so bad but I know it’s pointless.
