Who is wrong in this situation?

My boyfriend and I went to get burritos. The worker flipped my tortilla on the counter (before ingredients were put on). I thought it was rude and unprofessional and I told them so. The worker apologized but I told them I wanted a new tortilla that isn’t just thrown on the counter so carelessly. The workers basically refused to get me a new tortilla. My bf told me to stop and that he was embarrassed. He said the workers did nothing wrong and I should be ashamed for acting that way and in his words, like a “Karen.” He then proceeded to put a $10 bill in the tip jar just to spite me. When we got out of the restaurant I told him he always needs to have my back 100% in public and if he can’t do that, he might as well break up. My boyfriend ended up dropping me off at home saying he doesn’t want to go out in public with me anymore because I treat employees badly. I don’t think I did anything wrong and I just wanted good customer service. I tried calling my boyfriend and texting him all day but he hasn’t responded. I think it’s immature how he’s ghosted me all day. Who is wrong in this situation?
