What were your fav foods when you were nauseous and didn’t feel like anything?

Help me please! My poor toddler and I just ate cereal for supper. Feeing like mom of the year 🤦‍♀️ Nothing sounds good!

Lipton soup with a tablespoon of garlic.

Carbs carbs and more carbs. Bread, crackers, pasta, potatoes. Idk why but this is all I ate with nausea. My morning sickness felt like the worst hang over so my brain told me to eat carbs to soak up the yuck in my stomach 🤣

Dry cereal, simple mills almond flour crackers, animal crackers, granola bites (bear naked peanut butter honey flavor).  Simple stuff mostly.

My 7 year old and I had cereal for breakfast last night it for the first time 😬 I’d say pasta always helps me!
