So I had a very short ultrasound (abdominal) at my first appointment at 9 weeks. It was very blurry and detecting whether there was only one was very likely that things could have been missed. (Picture below of the ultrasound)

Well I was messing with a fetal heartbeat doppler (my mom's midwife gave to her.) and at my mid pelvic area I got 145-150 heartbeat, on my right side near my belly button I was reading 125-130 and I read my normal heart rate too. Could there be more than one baby? I'm so confused about all this. I've also felt flutters and kicks in both of these spots.
