Time for a concern?

So, long story short. My husband and I have been “TTC for a year now and haven’t been successful. I am 23 and he is 33(relates to my q). Should we be worried as we want a baby, or should we just continue?
My periods are regular and regularly ovulating[positive tests]

Are you using OPKs to track ovulation? If so, and you haven't conceived in a year, it definitely doesn't hurt for you both to get checked out.

Usually if a healthy couple can’t conceive within a year than a fertility doctor is recommended.

I shouldn’t worry but wouldn’t hurt to visit a doctor just in case!

I think the whole wait a year before seeing a doctor is absurd . Why do I have to suffer through a year of negative tests before they even are concerned . I’m going next week to demand tests & if I have to lie and say I’ve been trying a year I will do that 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
Regardless , it doesn’t hurt to go have tests run. That way you’ll know , whether there is something wrong or you’re all good and your body just isn’t ready yet. Also I recommend having your significant other go and get tested too! Good luck
