Freaking out! HELP PLEASE.

I’m freaking out… I’m not looking to get pregnant, but I had sex on the 22 with a friend after 8 months without sex. That was 3 days before my fertile period. We used a condom. But I understand the risk % is not 0.

Two years ago I had thyroid cancer and I no longer have a thyroid and have been on thyroid medication ever since. It scares me that if I am pregnant, that the dose is not appropriate and the thyroid hormones are crucial in the brain development.

I’m scared about telling my friend. He has no idea I’m freaking out. I don’t want to freak him out until and if I have to.

Need some help… anxiety is through the roof and I’m feeling a bit of tachycardia. Any advice or words of comfort?
