TTC after Loss

I found out I was pregnant early October right before I got married. Went to our first appointment, everything was good. Had plans to try and figure how far I was after the honeymoon because I hadn’t had a period in almost 3 years so it was a little different.

I miscarried.

D&C performed November 12. My follow up with my OB is next week. I just thought I would ask for advice here as well.

Does anyone have any tips or experience with successfully conceiving after a miscarriage. Is it even viable this soon after?
