Defeated!! 😭🥺

It's me again 😭. I just have no one to talk about with this because everyone around me gets pregnant when they want to so they just don't get that I have all these questions. 🥺

Af decided to come today (one day late) and I'm feeling so defeated! It was clomid Cycle 2, I got a peak on CD 17/18, we had intercourse before and both on CD 17 and 18. My progesterone was at 33.31 on CD 22. My husband hasn't had a semen analysis because we have a 5 year old and we miss carried last February so the doctor knows he can get me pregnant. I have PCOS and I suck at the low carb diet for my insulin resistant so maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. Why if my cycle is going so well during the month why can't we get pregnant again!! 😭😭😭
