Hey everyone my name is Jesse and I’m 19 and married I got my bfp 11 dpo ! This is my first Child do you have any advice to get through the first trimester? I know I’m over worrying about miscarrying but I’m also enjoying my pregnancy I’m currently 4w 3d pregnant I have my first ultrasound the 29th of dec I am taking prenatals as well

Don’t take yourself to seriously , your learning everyday!!! Give yourself a break and remember it’s ok to take a minute and walk away and breath!!! Take all of it one second at a time and your love will guide you through. Congrats momma.

Just take care of yourself. Rest when you need to, stay hydrated as much as you can, and try to relax. Worrying won't change the outcome and it'll just have you waste your whole first trimester so paralyzed with fear you can't even enjoy the fact that you're pregnant (speaking from experience here). Just stick to the basics, don't read too much on Google!
