After sex

After sex my belly gets really hard and I get very very sharp pains why? This is my first child past 3 months I'm 32 weeks I really don't have anyone to talk to and my Dr is busy...should we stop? Or just be careful about it? My next appointment is Wednesday I asked my boss about the pain and she said it was contractions..I DO NOT want to have this baby yet he still needs to bake!
