Did the ultrasound tech slip…!?!

My husband and I are keeping the gender a surprise but I think the ultrasound tech may have told me. During my anatomy scan when it was Time to look at the genitals she said “I’m pretty sure I saw it earlier.” Which to me means penis, right? She had turned the screen off for me so I couldn’t see but it seems like if she had seen something in passing it would have been a boy. I’m also pretty sure I saw a penis at one point too but honestly I don’t know what I’m looking at.
