is this a period ?

I got off of birth control almost 6 weeks ago and the first week i got off it i was bleeding for a week. just today i think i got my period? but it’s hard to tell if it’s from the birthcontol bc i already had withdraw bleeding the first week i stopped taking it. could it be my normal period? also it’s hard for me to tell bc i have PCOS so i never could have my body make a period for me if that’s makes any sense. it’s kinda hard to explain. any advice will help! i just don’t know if it’s my actual period or if it’s just withdraw bleeding from stopping my birthcontol 6 weeks ago even tho when i got off the pill i had withdraw bleeding for a week.
