Just not feeling it..

I’m a 31 year old mom of an 11 year old and I’m currently pregnant with my second. I’ll be 9 weeks Friday (12/17) and I just don’t feel pregnant at all.. I had my first doctors appointment on 12/3 at 7 weeks and saw the heartbeat and all but I still don’t feel like I’m pregnant. I don’t have any morning sickness aside from getting nauseous after I eat a lot and the very mild cramping here and there but other than that I forget I’m pregnant sometimes. Has this happened to anyone else after their first pregnancy?
