16 weeks pregnant

Hello ladies , this is my 3 pregnancy and I don’t have a baby bump , I only have a very very small one if my bladder is full and laying down . With both my previous pregnancy I showed by 12 weeks . I’m starting to get concerned, but the doctors are not . I have my anatomy scan in 2 weeks . Is this something I should be concerned about ?
