I don't know what's going on NEED HELP

So I had my period on the 4th of this month and fast forward today when I woke up I went went use the bathroom and my toilet is full of bright red blood like so bad I've never seen my peruod like this and well im dealing with HUGE CLOTS so big that I can feel them pass through so gross! And there the size of my bottom palm and a get people said it looks like im having a miscarriage and I've never had one so I don't know what's going
