I’m using the washable bamboo/cotton fabric. I seemed to have a reaction around my boob. Dried red skin and its itchy.

When I tried the bamboo ones I had a similar reaction, plus they just smelled awful when they got wet so I switched to NUK disposable

Try using disposable ones for a bit, like playtex brand and put coconut oil on the dry areas of your breast. Breast pads should be changed frequently much like changing a pad or tampon. Don’t let them get saturated before changing.

Sure, it is babmoo/cotton? That should not cause a reaction, there either is more ot it is the wetness of it that gets you a rash, not a pad itself.
