Breast question.

Hi ladies, I have had 3 children, breastfed one, the other two wouldn’t latch so I never got to breastfeed them. After I gave birth though I would have super engorged breasts and the pain shot to my arm pit. I felt like I had clogged ducts before from not being able to properly release milk.. but I figured Its normal, nothing to be concerned about. Then after my 3rd I had a hysterectomy because they found cervical cancer cells.. it’s been a few years. I notice I still get period symptoms like breast tender and pain and that’s the biggest one I notice, it usually happens once a month like a period but again I thought okay normal again. I’ve never really felt anything in my breasts before other then when having clogged ducts so I figured it’s all been hormones but earlier today it just hurt differently and I was feeling them and right above my nipples on my right boob was a hard lump thing. I felt the other boob and it kind of felt like the same thing was there but didn’t feel noticeable. I asked my husband to feel he’s a nurse so I figured he’d may know a little more about how to feel properly and his eyes got big. He was feeling and was getting worried. I’ve had issues with clogged ducts before from after birth and stuff and then I feel the pain sensation every month but i don’t think I’ve ever had something like this happen! Could it be a clogged duct that can cause a round lump?? I don’t know how it all works, I don’t produce any milk so I’m not sure how it would be that. I’m nervous now 😭

His mother had breast cancer when he was younger. So he’s worried and now it’s all a big anxiety mess around here lol I’m all over the place on this post. I guess I’m wondering if there can be other things that can cause a lump. I don’t wanna automatically assume cancer. I will schedule an appt this week but curious to hear what you guys think!
