Bonuses/maternity leave
I have been working at my job for 6 years and we get a end of year/christmas bonus every year.
I am currently on maternity leave since end of September. Just found out my coworkers received their bonus last week and I didnt get anything.
Anyone have a similar situation? I feel like I still deserve one, even if they want to pro rate it.
