Success stories please?

I had my first ultrasound today at what should’ve been 7w6d and baby was measuring 7w3d with a heart rate in the low 100s (wasn’t given a specific number which terrifies me) and I also have a small subchorionic hematoma but I haven’t been bleeding so far. Doctor told me that the heart rate was low and she scheduled me to come back in two weeks for a repeat ultrasound. Has anyone had a low fetal heart rate at their first appointment and had a successful pregnancy? I have had 2 missed miscarriages in the past and I’m so scared !I’ve been crying since I left the office and I’m so terrified of miscarrying again 😭😔
