Are pregnancy pillows really worth it?

Thinking about getting a pregnancy pillow. I’ve been pregnant multiple times but have never had one.

It will be your husband's #1 enemy, but yes... So cozy and helps you get some comfortable rest. I really enjoyed having one, especially during the 3rd trimester.

I have a c style I bought one with both pregnancies . It's perfect to give me back support or front and I use a thin normal pillow to help
Prop up the head part . My husband even loves it as does my daughter . I'm usually a back or a belly sleeper and I can still do both with it without laying completely flat

I started off using regular pillows, but I found they would stray through the night (and end up even more of a nuisance to my partner. With the U shape pillow, although it’s HUGE, it’s stays in one place. It’s handed down from a friend - not sure I would have paid that much. Reach out to a closer friend/recent mum and see if you can get one - or at the very least borrow it a few nights to see it you’re into it.

I had a U shaped, but got a C shaped and I love it so much more, I don't know what I would do without it.

I use extra pillows between my legs and when I get to the third trimester, as I have with my other two, I’ll probably tuck one under my tummy. So I guess, if you’d have to buy pillows anyway, then yeah I’d probably do it. But I sleep with pillows under my knees or between my thighs anyway.

I had one. It was ok, but the head part wasn’t as comfortable as my own pillow. So with my 2nd, 3rd, and now 4th pregnancy I use my regular pillow, a body pillow between my knees, and later on in the pregnancy I might use one behind me to support my back (side sleeping)

I think it depends on your pregnancy. I hated it with my first and I adore it with this pregnancy!

I just use a normal body pillow and it works great. It’s exactly what my mom and aunt both used as well. Plus then I can still cuddle and snuggles going into bed time 🥰
