ttc tips?

hi! so this is month 5 of ttc baby #2, fertile window starts tomorrow. I know it hasn’t been that long of ttc but I hate seeing negative after negative test. any tips/tricks you ladies use to get pregnant? i’m thinking of trying pressed this cycle because I think that is what got me pregnant the first time. i’ve tried the mucinex thing and that didn’t work at all. thank you in advance and baby dust to you all!!
