It's almost time again.

Me and my husband tired for 9 years for a baby. We had one angel baby that we lost in 2014 and then on 2019 had a sac but no baby grew. In 2020 I have weightloss surgery and I have lost 204lbs. I have 7 more to loss and surgeon said I can take out my IUD. I'm excited but nervous. What if after even Lossing all this weight I still can't get pregnant or I still won't ovulate. I still have PCOS and cysts. But I have had regular cycles with the IUD what if I take it out and all hell breaks lose. So scared, excited, happy, and sad. A ball of mixed emotions. Ahhh.
