I have been a bit thrown off with my TTC journey. My cycles have ALWAYS been 28 days apart…since high school it has very rarely strayed from 28 (barring birth control changes, meds, etc.)

I have not been on any medication or birth control and have been having my usual 28 day cycle. Literally the month we started TTC, I thought I was late because my cycle lasted 31 days and it’s been 31 days since! (TTC for 4 months now). What could have happened to all of a sudden change my cycle when starting ttc??

My hopes get up every month when my period is late just to fall back onto the 31 day cycle 😪
