Lactating

I went abroad and couldn’t take the pill for 5 days during my vacation. During that time, my period came. When I was able to take the pill again, I realized I had to take it when my next period starts.

Now I started lactating but a clear discharge not white actual milk. Could it be a hormonal imbalance since I didn’t take the pill or a possibility of pregnancy?

I had sex a couple of days before I went on my holiday but I still got my period during the time I stopped taking the pill.

Now I’m lactating very easily if I squeeze my breast and it’s white milk not clear.
