My baby will be a year old on the 2nd and my period returned last month. ( late November )

I’ve only had one cycle since then and I have no idea when I’ll be ovulating or starting my next cycle. I know when your breastfeeding your cycle will most likely be irregular. I guess my question is how did you guesstimate what’s going on down there? 😅

Also, how did you start the weaning process after your LO turned a year old? I’m DONE breastfeeding. My girl is aggressive and my poor nips can’t take it anymore
