How can help or stop my breast engorgement???

I love the support on this site. You ladies are the best. I been breastfeeding for 2 months and my breast was ok. But now, my breast is engorging. My breast is hard and feels like it’s going to explored. It’s winter so I get chills thinking of cold remedies. What can I do to help or stop my breast engorgement?

I'd honestly just pump and store. That's a really good problem to have.

It’s normal - your baby is going through grow sprout and it’s producing more milk ( feeding more or maybe you pumping a bit more ) this lasts fir 1-7 days and it’s regulates then. During that time your breast will feel tender and hard as your milk pockets are expending - hope this make sense

Your supply should have regulated by now. You aren’t pumping at all? Ice packs really helped me in the beginning! I have some breast tissue in the arm pit so I would just stick some frozen veg bags under each while I walked around 😂

Something cold on breast help. People use cabbage leave just because these are shaped well to use in a bra....
But feeding baby in demand should keep your breasts normal.
