Relationship

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 8 months and we talk just about everyday well now he barely talk to me and he said I’m to obsessed with him and he is doing him right now and I asked him does he still wanna be together and he said “idk relationship wise” and i try to talk to him about it and he said he don’t wanna have serious conversation….. is it because his friends in town from college?? And i should i just stop texting him until he miss me?? Also he is 18 and i am 19 he is a senior in high school
