Does target still do baby welcome kit for free?

I’m trying to get as much free stuff for my baby so if anyone has links please comment down below and I was wondering if target still does free welcome kit?

They do, they’ve been out at stores for a while but sometimes you can score online for .05. Amazon does a welcome box, Babylist, Walmart, and buy buy baby as well.

They’re so hard to get in stores. I called around to about 5 in my city. One girl said she’d been working there for 3 months and only saw 2 in store since she started. 
You can order them online when they’re in stock, but you have to buy something for $35 (maybe $30) for it to ship. I took that route since I was already Christmas shopping and it came yesterday. Lots of great goodies!

Also buybuyBaby has a free kit with registry. It’s not as loaded as Target’s, but it’s way easier to walk in store to get one.
